Full Member
Licensed environmental planners. Full voting rights and eligibility for chapter positions.

How to Apply
- Apply online using the chapter membership form. Enter your profile, education and work details, PRC license information, and preferences. Upload your photo, PRC ID images, and any other files the form requests (such as an oath or local chapter clearance when applicable).
- Wait for review. The Membership Committee evaluates complete applications. You will get an email when your application has been received.
- If you are approved, you will receive another email with a link to the member portal and a one-time password. Sign in and change your password under account settings.
- Pay national and chapter fees when and how PIEP and the chapter announce (details are usually shared after approval or during onboarding).

- □ Recent 2×2 photo (image file)
- □ PRC license number, exam dates, and clear photo(s) of your PRC ID
- □ Emergency contact and complete home and office addresses
- □ Education and employer details; membership type and committee choices
- □ Any additional uploads the form asks for (for example oath or chapter clearance)
